Important Customer Information

Right To Refuse A Client:
Zion Hair Importers reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile actions includes threatening emails, phone calls or an attempt to slander and/or commit acts of libel against Zion Hair Importers.

Fraud:
Zion Hair Importers reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe for any reason it may be a fraudulent transaction...credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. Nonpayment of orders due to credit card disputes will be sent to collections and/or prosecuted. We take fraudulent charge backs very serious. We will dispute the charge back with supporting documentation and report the fraudulent charge back to law enforcement authorities and all credit bureaus and credit issuing banks will be informed to be aware of the person believed to be fraudulent.

Order Processing Time:
Zion Hair Importers has a large inventory on hand. If however, we must make a special order, please expect a 4 to 5 week delay.
