Sales Tax & Shipping:
Zion Hair Importers must charge applicable sales tax. Your package will travel from our door to yours via United States Postal Service; typically $10 stateside for two bundles and $3 for each additional bundle (to include insurance, delivery confirmation and signature)/$20 overseas. We also make deliveries on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges:
Zion Hair Importers is committed to providing quality extensions and excellent customer services. Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or returning merchandise. If you receive an item that is damaged, then you may exchange it. The exchanged items must be unused and still in its original package in order for us to honor your request. The exchange request must be done by email to: tk@zionhairimporters.com within 24 hours from the date you received your order. If you receive the wrong order please do not send it back without contacting us first.

Cancellations:
Custom orders require a 50% down payment. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.
